I am a lover of sunshine, community, warm breezes, fresh veggies and fruit, animals and plants, plus so much more. I grew up in a small town in Wisconsin, but now live in the Twin Cities. I received my BFA from the Minneapolis College of Art and Design with a degree in Illustration and experience in Print Paper Book in 2018. 

I am a disabled artist who enjoys painting nature that inspires me;  flowers, animals, and insects. I was taught to treat all living things with kindness and that’s something that I've always held close to my heart. Animals and insects make our world go around and I believe treating them as equals rather than beneath me.   

I use acrylic paint on art boards and finalize my pieces with a mix of different medias. I enjoy the deep details that I am able to produce in my work. The feeling of being able to bring the animals and plants to life in my work is something that is indescribable.
